Sergio Ramos and Marcelo: FIFA Club World Cup Champions

Both players, represented by René Ramos, President of RR Soccer Management Agency were starters in the FIFA Club World Cup Final between Real Madrid and Kashima Antlers last Sunday 18 December at International Stadium Yokohama.

After a closely contested game that finished 2-2 after 90 minutes, Los Blancos took charge in extra time, winning out 4-2. This was the second Club World Cup title for both Sergio and Marcelo, completing an historic 2016 after winning the UEFA Champions League in Milan and European Super Cup in Trondheim.

With this FIFA Club World Cup, the Camas-born centre back and the Brazilian full back each bring their haul of titles with Real Madrid to 13.

Congratulations and here’s to a 2017 that’s filled with success!
