Oscar Rodriguez’s big week: he signs for Sevilla FC and goes with the National Team

Oscar Rodriguez’s big week: he signs for Sevilla FC and goes with the National Team

Óscar Rodríguez, represented by René Ramos, president of RR-Soccer Management Agency, is in luck. In just a few days he has seen how his two good seasons at CD Leganés have earned him a contract with Sevilla FC and a first call from the national team directed by Luis Enrique.

The Spaniard has signed with Sevilla FC for five seasons in which he is sure to bring out all his qualities: handling of the ball and spaces, ability to pass… and, of course, that great shot that characterizes him. Óscar arrives at the current Europa League champion, a competition the club has already won a total of six times, after two seasons on loan at CD Leganés and after in Real Madrid’s youth teams. Sevilla is, without a doubt, a demanding and victorious club that will allow him to show and develop all his virtues.
But the good news for our midfielder does not end here. Practically only one year after making his debut with the Under-21 team, with which he also scored an important goal against Israel, the 22-year-old footballer has been called up by Luis Enrique for the absolute national team. Today he will meet for the first time with the coach and his teammates for the UEFA Nations League matches against Germany and Ukraine.
Congratulations, Óscar! Things don’t happen by chance, they happen as a result of work, effort and commitment. Let’s keep working and pushing!

2019/20 season review for players represented by RR-Soccer Agency

2019/20 season review for players represented by RR-Soccer Agency

The 2019/2020 season has come to an end in Europe’s major leagues and it is one that, unfortunately, will stay in our memories. With competition interrupted for three months by the COVID-19 pandemic, competitive action returned behind closed doors but with a fervent enthusiasm that helped a stricken society move forward. The players represented by the René Ramos, President of RR-Soccer Management Agency, contributed to that, standing out in a tough and difficult campaign. Let’s look back with a review of their seasons.

Óscar Rodríguez
In a season filled with difficulties for CD Leganés, ending in relegation for Los Pepineros, Óscar took on great responsibility and has grown as a footballer. He ended the season as the team’s top scorer with nine goals, accounting for almost a third of CD Leganés’s total goal haul. A number of those goals were crucial in the club’s fight for survival which lasted right to the very end. He was also called up to the Spain Under-21 team, scoring the equaliser in a 1-1 draw with Israel in a European Under-21 Championship qualifier.

Loren Morón
In his third season with the Real Betis Balompié first team, Loren had his most prolific season to date with ten goals, making him top scorer for Los Verdiblancos. The Marbella-born forward, represented by René Ramos, President of RR-Soccer Management Agency, continues to grow and improve year after year.

José Arnáiz
José was able to impose himself in a difficult first half of the season with CD Leganés before moving to CA Osasuna in January, where he was able to find a place and get valuable playing time under his belt in an impressive season for the team from Navarra. He also scored two goals, one in an historic victory over FC Barcelona at the Camp Nou.

Jorge Sáenz
Jorge made a deserved debut in the Primera División, signing for Valencia CF who agreed a loan deal with RC Celta de Vigo. The season was a valuable learning experience for the future and Jorge demonstrated that he’s up to the challenge in a squad with plenty of quality. He played six games in La Liga, four of them in the final stretch, gaining valuable points for the team’s survival in the division. He responded when the team needed him in a difficult situation and that shows his worth.

Juan Soriano
Juan spent the season at CD Leganés on loan from Sevilla FC and showed his character and ability to perform at the highest level. He played 11 games in La Liga and three in the Copa del Rey in a year that will help him to continue to develop.

José Joaquín Matos
Another player represented by René Ramos, President of RR-Soccer Management Agency, José Joaquín Matos was able to overcome difficulty this season. He was loaned by Cádiz CF to FC Twente in the Dutch Eredivisie and started for the team in the first two league games before a serious injury put him out of action for several months. With his first overseas experience behind him and having recovered from injury, a bright future beckons.

Sergio Ramos lifts his fifth league title

Sergio Ramos lifts his fifth league title

The Real Madrid and Spanish national team captain, represented by René Ramos, President of RR-Soccer Management Agency continues to add to his legendary status. In the strangest of seasons and a difficult one for football and for all of society, disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown which brought the competition to a halt for three months, Sergio was able to tackle an unknown situation and lead the response of Real Madrid.

The captain completed his highest scoring season ever with 11 goals; six of them in the 11 matches played post-lockdown, and lifted the league title, having already won the Spanish Supercup earlier in the season. This season also saw him become the most capped player in the history of the Spanish national team, reach 650 appearances for Real Madrid (with 22 titles in that time, just one short of Paco Gento’s record) and also surpass the 100-goal mark in the white shirt. Sergio, there are no words.

MAY ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE IN 2018

MAY ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE IN 2018

Even though we find ourselves at the half-way point of the season, it’s time to take a look back and take stock of the calendar year. 2017 has been another year to remember for RR-Soccer Management Agency.

We’ve consolidated our activity in the offices in Seville and Las Palmas, inaugurated in 2016. Along with our head office in Madrid, we now have the best team of people to offer a quality service to all our athletes.

2017 was also an unforgettable year for our players. Sergio Ramos and Marcelo, two of our athletes, wrote another page in the history books of Real Madrid, winning the League, UEFA Champions League, European Super Cup, Spanish Supercup, and the FIFA Club World Cup. Both now have 18 honours each with the club, which places them in fifth place in the list of the most successful Real Madrid players of all time in terms of trophies won. These are truly incredible figures and we hope to add to them in the New Year.

At present, we have several players established in the Primera División, including Alexander Szymanowski at CD Leganés and Juankar at Málaga CF (no doubt we’ll see you back on the pitch again soon). I also want to highlight the performances of our athletes in the Segunda División (among them, José Arnaiz, who joined us this year) and in other categories (Óscar Rodríguez, who also joined RR-Soccer in 2017), who are competing every day to achieve their objectives in this beautiful game. To all of you; thank you for trusting in RR-Soccer to manage your careers. You know that in us you have a partner for any need.

During 2017 we have continued our commitment to women’s football, one of our main strategic focusses. We have several athletes competing at the highest level both here in Spain and in leagues overseas.

I also wanted to highlight the work of our partners: the team at Senn, Ferrero, Asociados Sports & Entertainment; Podoactiva; Pedro Chueca; Dr. Antonio Escribano; Francisco Escobar and everyone behind this big family. Thank you for accompanying me in the day-to-day of this dream.

This year, I also had the opportunity to visit Peru alongside Sergio and UNICEF. There, we were able to see first-hand the situation for many children living in precarious conditions as a result of flooding but who, in spite of their situation, are capable of breaking out a smile and approaching each day with happiness. Without a doubt, it was a journey I will remember for my entire life and in which we could learn to be happy with very little.

And so an exciting 2018 awaits; full of challenges and new international expansion projects, among them the opening of a very special new office in Latin America. I hope and wish that it is a year filled with health and happiness, and may all your dreams come true.

All the best,

René Ramos
