Sergio Ramos Wins His 140th Cap for the Spanish National Team

Sergio Ramos, represented by René Ramos, President of RR-Soccer Management Agency, made his 140th appearance for the Spanish National Team in the match against Albania on 9 October.

The Camas-born defender made his début with the senior national team on 26 March 2005 in a friendly against China. The record for these 140 encounters is 105 (75%) wins, 17 draws and 18 defeats. In addition, Sergio has racked up 10 goals.

The current captain has become a key player for the different coaches over these years, and was a vital part of the all-conquering teams at two European Championships (Austria-Switzerland 2008 and Poland-Ukraine 2012) and one World Cup (South Africa 2010).

Congratulations, Sergio. We hope you can continue to wear the Spain shirt on many more occasions and contribute to winning more titles.
