Marcelo Vieira renews his contract with Real Madrid up to 2022

The Brazilian international, represented by René Ramos, President of RR-Soccer Management Agency, has signed a contract extension with Real Madrid that will keep him at the club until 30 June 2022.

Marcelo joined the club in the winter transfer window of the 2006-2007 season and, since then, has made a total of 415 competitive appearances. The full back is in his twelfth season at the club and has become vice captain and one of the leaders of the team on and off the pitch.

His honours include 3 Champions League titles, 3 European Super Cups, 2 Club World Cups, 4 La Liga titles, 2 Copa del Rey titles and 3 Spanish Supercups.

This contract extension means that Marcelo, who is currently the foreign player who has spent the most seasons at Real Madrid, will reach 16 seasons in the white shirt.

Juan Muñoz

The forward has joined UD Almería on loan for the 2017/2018 season. Juan, who remains on the books of Sevilla FC, is very excited about this new challenge and is looking forward to contributing to the team achieving their objectives this season.

Back in January, the forward joined Levante UD where he scored 6 goals, provided 2 assists and was part of the team that won the league title and promotion to the top flight.

José Manuel Arnáiz

After a very impressive 2016/2017 season with Real Valladolid, where he played 36 games, scoring 12 goals and providing 3 assists, José Manuel Arnáiz has signed for FC Barcelona.

The central midfielder, a native of Talavera de la Reina, will join the Blaugrana on an initial 3-season contract with an option for a further 2. José hopes to contribute with his vertical style of play, danger on the ball and goalscoring ability.
